The DMD128 dot-matrix display is a freely programmable, graphics-capable optical display for demanding industrial indoor applications. It brilliantly displays numbers, text, symbols and graphics. The latter are almost freely configurable in eight possible colors, and can be adapted to customer requirements in terms of lines and numbers.

The digital display is mainly used to show process data and a wide variety of physical quantities, such as weight, pressure, speed, temperature or speed. With a reading distance of 50 m, brightness of 800 cd/m², 255 brightness levels and a 160° field of view, the information displayed on the screen is clearly visible even at great distances and from different viewing angles. The low-reflection, anti-reflective front glass ensures high contrast. This guarantees legibility even in difficult visibility conditions.

The display is equipped with PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EtherCAT, CANopen and Modbus TCP interfaces. Process data can thus be displayed directly on the screen. Industry-standard interface connectors ensure optimum data security for power supply and data exchange.

The display technology used here is LED-based. The display is housed in a sturdy, coated aluminum case and has dimensions (height x depth) of 166 x 50 mm. Width varies according to model: 291, 547 or 803 mm. The front panel has an IP 51 protection class.
