Since November 1, 2025, Mr. Andreas Vonderschmidt and Mr. Dr. Stefan Vonderschmidt, managing partners of GEORGII KOBOLD GmbH & Co. KG, have been co-partners of esitron-electronic GmbH. Mr. Andreas Vonderschmidt will take over the management of esitron together with Mr. Dennis Raiser. Both will manage the company on an equal footing in the future.
The arrival of Mr. Vonderschmidt and the 50% partnership creates an even closer collaboration between two experienced specialists in drive and automation technology based in Baden-Württemberg. The combination of the Georgii Kobold Group and esitron opens up valuable synergies in development, manufacturing, and service—and strengthens the long-term innovative power, delivery capability, and technological expertise of both manufacturers of motors and power electronics.
This partnership creates a close connection between two experienced manufacturers in the field of drive and automation technology, whose competencies complement each other perfectly. The aim is to leverage technological expertise, strengthen innovative strength, and expand the market position of both companies in the long term.

Together, we can drive forward new product generations more quickly and offer our customers holistic drive concepts that are precisely tailored to the respective application.” Mr. Vonderschmidt emphasizes that it is not only technology that is decisive in customer relations, but also the human factor. “Customer enthusiasm does not come from the perfect controller or the perfect motor, but because there are people behind it who are passionate about it. And ultimately, motivation is the strongest drive.”
The previous managing director, Mr. Saurabh Basu, who successfully led the company together with Mr. Dennis Raiser in recent years, left the company on October 31, 2025, to pursue new professional opportunities. The company would like to thank him sincerely for his commitment and contribution to the positive development of the company in recent years.
