100% end-of-line testing for consistent quality assurance

At esitron, quality is not just a promise—it is a fundamental premise of our daily work. From the initial development phase to the final delivery of our products, consistent and comprehensive quality assurance is our top priority. After all, reliable drive solutions are the basis for our customers’ long-term success.

Our high quality standards apply to our entire product portfolio: whether decentralized servo motors, servo controllers, or other electronic assemblies—every device undergoes comprehensive stress testing before delivery. A key component of our quality assurance process is endurance testing in an oven. During this test, the devices run continuously for at least 24 hours at elevated temperatures.

This targeted thermal stress enables potential component defects to be detected and eliminated at an early stage. Only products that pass this endurance test in full leave our production facility. This ensures that our customers receive durable, stable, and high-performance solutions—even under demanding operating conditions.

For us, quality assurance means responsibility: towards our customers, our products, and our own standards of technical excellence. That is why esitron has a clear policy: quality assurance is and remains our top priority—certified.
